Reporting a factual issue
Please include the source page or manual revision that supports a correction. Serial numbers, license keys, private project files, and customer geometry should be removed before sending screenshots or logs.
Editorial enquiries
ScanLab considers questions about workspace preparation, first calibration, reference-part capture, dimensional verification, and mesh delivery to CAD. The site does not provide emergency machine support or replace the safety, electrical, and operating instructions supplied by the equipment manufacturer.
Messages may be summarized into a future troubleshooting guide only after identifying information is removed. No confidential scan data should be sent unless a separate handling arrangement has been agreed in advance.
